  • Is it the same price for everyone, no matter how many dogs I have?
    For most lawns with less than 3 dogs the rates on the website do apply. However, with more than 3 dogs and for larger lawns additional charges may apply after our first visit depending on how long the waste removal takes us.
  • What is your satisfaction guarantee?
    If you are not satisfied with our service, we will refund you for that cleaning and would love to learn how we can improve!
  • What type of payment do you accept?
    Debit cards, all major credit cards, and PayPal.
  • Can my dog be in the yard while you're here?
    We request that all dogs be inside when we come to do our service.
  • What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?
    To stop your subscription, give us a call at (307) 620 - 5107, or cancel on our website. We will reach out to you to know if you want to finish out the month or get a refund!
  • How do I start my service?
    Call us at (307) 620 - 5107 or click on the "View Our Plans" button at the top of the page! Afterwards, you will fill out a form that will help us create your perfect schedule.
  • Do I have to be there when you come to scoop poop?
    The answer is no except for the first time. After you sign up we will be in contact with you and you will have to be there to show us around.
